利用規約

この規約は、アプリ「Clock Gallery」（以下「本アプリ」）を使うときの約束です。本アプリを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。App Store からの入手と購入には、Apple の標準の使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）も適用されます。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、時計と、利用者がつないだカレンダーの予定を画面に表示します。カレンダーとの連携は読み取りだけです。
2. 表示の正確さ
時刻・予定・祝日・天気・暦などの表示は、端末の時計や外部のサービスの情報にもとづきます。通信の状態などで遅れたり、正しく表示されなかったりすることがあります。会議・服薬・交通などの大切な予定は、本アプリの表示だけに頼らないでください。
3. 外部のサービス
Google カレンダーとの連携には Google の利用規約が、天気には Apple の規約が適用されます。外部のサービスの変更や停止によって、機能が使えなくなることがあります。
4. 禁止すること
本アプリやサーバーへの不正なアクセス、通常の利用を超える負荷をかけること、ほかの人のアカウントを無断でつなぐことを禁止します。
5. 責任の範囲
法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
6. 変更・終了
本アプリの内容やこの規約を変えることがあります。規約を変えるときは、このページで知らせます。
7. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に従います。

These terms apply when you use the Clock Gallery app (“the App”). By using the App you agree to them. Downloads and purchases from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The App
The App displays clocks and events from calendars you choose to connect. Calendar access is read-only.
2. Accuracy
Times, events, holidays, weather and almanac information depend on your device clock and external services, and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on the App alone for important appointments, medication or travel.
3. Third-party services
Google’s terms apply to the Google Calendar connection, and Apple’s terms apply to weather. Features may stop working if those services change.
4. Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to the App or its servers, place unreasonable load on them, or connect another person’s account without permission.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes
We may change the App or these terms. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
